Acceptable Use Policy



1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth guidelines for the acceptable use of the services provided by CloudZ ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our services, you ("user", "you", or "your") agree to comply with this AUP. If you do not agree to this AUP, you may not use our services.

Network and Security Violations

  • Interfering with the proper functioning of our network or services, including but not limited to denial-of-service attacks, email bombing, and other forms of network abuse.
  • Using our services to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without proper authorization.

Resource Abuse
  • Consuming excessive amounts of system resources, such as CPU, memory, disk space, and bandwidth, in a manner that adversely affects the performance of our services for other users.
  • Running any process or application that interferes with the normal operation of our services or network.

Unsolicited Communications
  • Sending unsolicited bulk emails ("spam") or engaging in any form of mass messaging or communication that violates applicable laws and regulations.
  • Using our services to harvest email addresses or other personal information for the purpose of sending spam or other unsolicited communications.

Intellectual Property Violations
  • Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets.
  • Distributing or using pirated software or other content that violates intellectual property laws.


3. Enforcement

CloudZ reserves the right to investigate violations of this AUP and take appropriate action, including but not limited to:
  • Suspending or terminating your account and access to our services.
  • Removing any content that violates this AUP.
  • Reporting any illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.


4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately at [abuse@ CloudZ.com]. We will investigate all reported violations and take appropriate action as necessary.


5. Changes to This AUP

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new AUP on this page. You are advised to review this AUP periodically for any changes. Changes to this AUP are effective when they are posted on this page.
